On a mission to bring myself out of my shell to get my life back. I’ve become invisible. This blog might sometimes be embarrassing and show me vulnerable and imperfect, but at least I won’t be invisible. Blog entries that I am most shy about sharing will soon be visible to surbcribers only.
I spent my day on the internet wrestling internet trolls that somewhere in the world live as real people. And I concluded the day with a bout of being judgmental, which isn’t my best trait.
We had a life-deep-dive talk over Matcha; about our exhausting work-life situation, about seeking clarity to work towards solutions. We talked through alternative income possibilities and coping mechanisms. It was rivetting (and exhausting). haha..
The week flew by! Trying to catch up on all my missed blog posts. For the morning Jason and I had planned a quick photoshoot of Jason’s custom glass lampshades. A quick photoshoot is an oxymoron.. We spent the rest of the day tangled in adulting tasks. No big revelations, excpet: I LOVE shooting photos for small businesses.
Birgit shares her journey of creating a digital habit tracker to regain control of her lopsided life and prioritize self-care. After spending hours perfecting it (haha, never perfect), the tracker is now available for purchase (for ‘chomp change’). It aims to help individuals, especially those with ADHD and time-blindness tendencies, stay on top of self-care and daily tasks. Birgit encourages kind constructive feedback and hopes the tracker is useful.
